Open role
Fullstack Marketing
We are hiring a full-time, AI-native Fullstack Marketing owner to join our amazing, dynamic, international team at House of Legends, a premium 32-seat dinner theatre and cabaret in Da Nang.
Apply by email

Mandatory
- You must be able to speak English. We are an international team and the working language for this role is English.
- This is a full-time job.
- You must be able to take responsibility across the whole marketing system, even when execution is split with teammates, freelancers, tools, designers, editors, or production support.
AI-native work
You are encouraged to use AI for your work. We expect practical AI-native habits: using AI to draft and compare campaign ideas, speed up research, structure content plans, analyze reports, create first-pass briefs, produce video concepts, and improve execution speed without losing judgment, brand quality, or accountability.
AI is not a replacement for ownership. You remain responsible for strategy, taste, accuracy, privacy boundaries, brand fit, and results.
What you will own
- Meta Ads planning, setup, creative testing, retargeting, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Google Ads campaign structure, search-term reviews, negative keywords, conversion quality, and budget recommendations.
- Google Keyword research for shows, dinner theatre demand, private events, venue rental, workshops, and wrong-intent exclusions.
- Google Analytics, PostHog, UTMs, funnel reporting, and weekly interpretation of what is actually happening.
- The content plan across social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and any channel we decide is worth operating.
- Video creator workflow: short-form video ideas, shot lists, hooks, basic editing, performance review, and versioning for paid and organic distribution.
- Video editing that respects House of Legends brand guidelines, visual tone, pacing, typography, and venue promise.
- Clear weekly reports that separate useful signal from dashboard noise.
What strong looks like
You are comfortable switching between creative and analytical work. In the same week you might brief a Reels concept, inspect Google search terms, review Meta creative fatigue, check Google Analytics, improve a content calendar, edit a short video, and tell the team which next action matters most.
It is okay to split work. What we expect is responsibility: clear ownership of the plan, quality control, channel health, performance learning, and follow-through.
First 90 days
- Audit Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, PostHog, UTMs, social channels, and current content output.
- Build a simple content plan for paid, organic, brand storytelling, audience education, guest proof, and booking conversion.
- Review Google Keyword opportunities and create practical keyword groups for current shows, dinner theatre, private events, venue rental, and irrelevant traffic to exclude.
- Establish a weekly reporting rhythm for spend, sessions, leads, booking behavior, paid bookings, and content performance.
- Identify brand-safe video formats we can repeat without making the channel feel generic.
You are probably a fit if
- You have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- You understand Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner or similar keyword tools, UTMs, basic attribution limits, and funnel reporting.
- You can make or direct short-form video and edit with respect for branding guidelines.
- You can write concise captions, campaign briefs, landing feedback, and reports.
- You can collaborate with an international team and communicate clearly in English.
- You already use AI carefully for ideation, research, writing, analysis, creative production, or workflow acceleration.
You are not a fit if
- You optimize only for cheap clicks, raw reach, or vanity engagement.
- You publish content without caring whether it matches the brand or guest promise.
- You use AI to create generic work without checking truth, tone, privacy, or quality.
- You need every task handed to you in a perfect checklist before taking responsibility.
- You are unavailable for a full-time role.
Benefits
- Compensation and benefits are generous for someone who knows what they are doing, stays active, and keeps moving the work forward.
- You will have room to use AI, tools, partners, and creative production support when it helps the work become faster and better.
- You will work close to the real product: live shows, guest feedback, booking data, creative assets, and an international team that can act quickly.
