Frequently Asked Questions | EN

Question 1

Where is House of Legends located?

Accepted Answer

House of Legends is at 46 Ung Van Khiem, Bac My Phu, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang. Your confirmation email includes the event details and arrival instructions, so keep it handy on the night.

Question 2

What kind of experience is this?

Accepted Answer

House of Legends is an intimate theatrical restaurant: live performance, candlelit hospitality, signature drinks, and, for selected paths, dinner. The room is built for proximity. You are not watching from far away, you are part of a 32-seat room where the show happens close to the table.

Question 3

How long is the experience?

Accepted Answer

Most shows run about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the programme. Doors usually open 30 minutes before showtime, and we recommend arriving early enough to settle in before the room goes quiet.

Question 4

How many seats are available?

Accepted Answer

The venue has 32 seats, which is why the experience feels private and why sold-out dates can happen quickly. If your preferred date looks full, check another show night or contact us for group options.

Question 5

What language are the performances in?

Accepted Answer

Most performances are presented in English, with hosts guiding the room when context matters. Many shows also use music, movement, magic, and visual storytelling, so international guests can follow the evening comfortably.

Question 6

Is dinner included with the ticket?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the booking path. Dinner Show includes the dinner course for the selected show; Ticket Only is admission without dinner by default. During booking, you will choose Ticket Only, Dinner Show, or VIP, then see the current price and inclusions before payment.

Question 7

Can I see the menu before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The booking flow includes a menu review step before guest details and payment. The menu is shown from the current operational PDF for your selected date and booking path, so you are not relying on outdated copy.

Question 8

Can you handle allergies or dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Please add food restrictions, allergies, and medical notes during booking. These notes are visible to the kitchen and service team for that event. We make reasonable preparations, but severe allergies should be mentioned clearly so our team can advise before the night.

Question 9

Are drinks available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. House of Legends offers signature cocktails and beverages, with some bundles and dinner packs including selected drinks. Ticket Only guests may also see optional add-ons after reviewing the menu when add-ons are available for the selected event.

Question 10

Can I add something for a birthday or date night?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The booking flow includes a special occasion section for birthdays, date nights, business visits, and other notes. When relevant add-ons are available, items such as dessert, champagne, flowers, or a table setup may be surfaced during booking.

Question 11

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

Advance booking is strongly recommended because the venue has only 32 seats. Dates and seats are calculated by the booking system, and sold-out events cannot be selected in the self-serve flow.

Question 12

Can I book for a group?

Accepted Answer

The self-serve booking flow supports 1 to 6 guests when capacity allows. For 7 or more guests, the flow routes you to WhatsApp so the team can confirm availability, seating, and any custom arrangements personally.

Question 13

Can children attend?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the show. Some events accept children, while age-restricted shows are adults only. When show content may be suitable for children, we show that as guidance only. The decision is up to the guest, and children use the same ticket price as adults.

Question 14

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

At checkout you review the full order summary, apply any promo or referral code, approve the policy, and continue to OnePay hosted checkout. House of Legends does not handle card details directly. Pricing and totals come from the backend estimate shown before payment.

Question 15

What do I receive after booking?

Accepted Answer

After payment, you receive a confirmation screen and email with your booking reference, event details, and QR code. Bring the QR code or booking reference to the entrance. Staff use it to find your reservation at check-in.

Question 16

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the show. Within 48 hours, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable under the current terms. If you need help, contact us by WhatsApp or email and include your booking reference so the team can find your reservation quickly.

Question 17

When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before showtime. Doors usually open 30 minutes before the show. Arriving early gives you time to check in, find your seat, order a drink, and let the room settle before the performance starts.

Question 18

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Smart casual works well. The room is theatrical and intimate, but you do not need formal dress. Choose something comfortable for dinner, stairs, and a candlelit room where photos may be taken.

Question 19

Can I take photos during the show?

Accepted Answer

Photo rules can vary by performance. Some shows are very photogenic, while others need the audience to keep phones away during key moments. Our host or floor team will tell you what is appropriate on the night.

Question 20

Can I share seating or mobility requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add seating preferences, mobility notes, or support needs in the personal request and medical note fields during booking. Requests are best-effort, but advance notes help the front-of-house team prepare before you arrive.

Question 21

Can I book House of Legends for a private event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The venue is available for private events, workshops, photography, filming, rehearsals, and creative venue rental. For private bookings, contact the team through the inquiry pages so we can shape the evening around your group, timing, and production needs.
